Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice to book - Students must reschedule minimum of 24 hrs prior to a lesson and provide next available time via calling to reschedule, as there is absolutely NO late cancellations, Therefore a no show that is not reported on the day of lesson, Or failing to notify prior forfeits full cost of lesson & booking (meaning that others have missed out - calling after you booked.) We will if notified ahead try to find a replacement. A $10 surcharge, for lessons cancelled outside of 24 hrs as of 28/8/26 this cost will increase to $20: admin charges less any prior lessons taken that revert back to individual lesson rates, less fees from total paid. When providing refunds via square all payments are done Fridays excl(public hols) may take approx 3-5 working days, if using cards be it PayPal or square incur fee charges. Refunds occur re Cancelled lessons conditions parent discusses lesson with instructor, and understands the students outcome. Qsafe standards & regulations.
