Cancellation Policy

Students, booking a test liaise instructor prior re availability first, so you don’t miss out - rescheduling 24 hrs prior and provide next available time, as there is absolutely NO cancellations, It must be a minimum of 24hrs notice to reschedule as its to late to find another student (meaning that others miss out.) (or missed out) when committing you commit to your word. If booking a test day package it is preferred that you have a lesson minimum of one week prior, to see if test & PPlate ready, Check availability. No Saturdays, Changing bad habits requires time and is less stressful if done a month prior, as our regular students prepare ahead, attempting to either book/cancel within days of test, doesn’t always work re prior bookings. Those shown aren’t always upto date as bookings taken onroad haven’t been added to online calendar Manual and auto No show, late cancel is a $90 admin fee. unless we can replace your booking with another (then no charge.)
